About the Webinar

​This webinar will cover the basics of general lab set-up for small craft breweries considering starting a quality program, and for breweries looking to improve their current program. Topics to be covered include: components of a quality program, considerations for testing in-house vs. outsourcing, lab design, and training. An example testing and analysis scheme is also included, both tailored for a small craft brewery.

Eric Jorgenson
Highland Brewing Co.

Eric Jorgenson is a quality assurance/quality control manager with Highland Brewing Company in Asheville, North Carolina. He has a B.S. degree in cell and molecular biology from Bucknell University. While new to ASBC membership, he has worked in the​ brewing industry for five years in both production and QA/QC and specializes in brewing micr​obiology.
